New Mexico needs you to register! 

NMTRD is working to improve the tax process for State Fair vendors. 

We will not be collecting tax payments during the State Fair.  This year our presence will be to assist you with registering your business and answering questions about how and when to file.  Failure to register and file may impact your ability to participate in future Special Events.

Vendors who attend special events MUST file and pay using a CRS-1 report by the 25th day of the month following the special event.  This can be completed using the Taxpayer Access Point, https://tap.state.nm.us/tap/_/.
